Haworth Home & School Association

Mission Statement

The Haworth Home & School Association is a non-profit public foundation that raises funds to enhance the programs and facilities of the Haworth Public School. We are dedicated to fostering an exciting educational experience for our students and teachers, as well as a spirit of community within the entire school district. The Haworth Home & School Association works in partnership with the Haworth Public School on all non-budgeted items.

The Haworth School is a dynamic and energetic learning environment with ever changing needs. We are primarily a fund-raising organization which enriches and prioritizes the education of our children. Support takes many forms, both monetary and voluntary. We cannot achieve our goals without raising money. Your volunteer efforts and contributions are priceless in that they help achieve our goals.

In a perfect world, tax dollars would meet all of our school's needs. But they do not and we cannot put our children's future on hold until the gaps in public education funding are addressed. Here is how some of your contributions were used for the 2004-2005 school year:
